Shenergy Company Limited (“Shenergy” or the “Company” ), formerly Shenergy Power Development Company, completed restructuring in February 1993. The Company was listed on board of Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 1993, making it the first listed company in power and energy industry nationwide. As of 31st December 2008, the total share capital of the Company amounted to 2,889,631,654 shares.
